Paloma Valley High School senior Arthur Stringer had a big day Saturday at the Saddle-Up Invitational at Vista Murrieta High.
Stringer broke the meet record in the triple jump with a leap of 48 feet, which ranks No. 1 in California. It was the end of a big week for Stringer, who long jumped 22-5 on Wednesday. He is ranked seventh in the state in that event as well.
