Santa Rosa Academy baseball team wins 10th straight, 11-1

To say that the Santa Rosa Academy baseball team is on a roll would be an understatement.

The Rangers defeated California Military Institute 11-1 on Thursday, improving their overall record to 15-4 – including 11-1 in the South Valley League.

Not only that, the win followed a 15-0 Ranger win over CMI two days before – and another 15-0 win (over San Jacinto Leadership Academy) the game before. That’s a 41-1 scoring advantage in the last three games for the Rangers, who have won 10 straight.

Leading hitters included Elijah Brewer (3 for 4, 1 RBI), Dylan Soules (2 for 3, 2 RBIs), Nate Bock (2 for 4, 1 RBI), Logan Ledesma (2 for 3, double and triple), and Alex Ramirez (2 for 3 with a double). Jesse Alday and Luke Erbacher combined on a 2-hitter.
