Beyond her athletic ability, she carries herself with a great attitude, stays positive, and motivates those around her. She’s coachable, hardworking, and always willing to step in wherever the team needs her. Aleah is a true light on this team; she leads by example, lifts others up, and helps create a supportive, driven environment. For her leadership, dedication, and outstanding performance, we’re proud to name Aleah our STUNT Athlete of the Month.”

Tennis player Abraham Diaz “is a freshman who has exceeded all expectations and is developing at a rapid pace in the sport,” said coach Monty McIntosh. “He is a positive influence on his teammates and others. He is mature, responsible, and cool under pressure. As a freshman, he is one of the top three players on the varsity team with an 85 percent win record.”

Golfer Lucas Glosecki “is dedicated to the sport and plays every week on his own to hone his skills,” said coach Michael Bees. “Every time he plays a match, he takes the wins and losses as a learning experience to continue to improve. You are a great kid and we are happy to have you on the team.”

Boys lacrosse player Roberth Lopez Lewis “has returned to the team this year and made great contributions to the midfield,” said coach Shawn Hill. “Roberth is one of the hardest-working players on the field. He takes every effort to help his teammates succeed, often giving 100 percent when he doesn’t have 100 percent to give.”

Swimmer Talon Sykes’ persistence, hard work, and commitment to his team have resulted in four personal records in the 500-yard freestyle event, with clear potential to continue getting faster.

Girls lacrosse player Arabella Mattison had two different games where she scored 7 goals. In one of those games, she had 2 assists on top of the 7 goals.

“Arabella showed great leadership and determination in the month of March,” said coach Michael Mattison. “Arabella had a great month of lacrosse. She led Heritage with 30 goals and 3 assists. This included two separate games where she scored 7 gools. In one of them, she also had 2 assists, for one of the highest-scoring games in Heritage history. Arabella led on the field with some amazing production.”

Girls swimmer Harper Perez has made an immediate impact this season, showing versatility across multiple events and stepping up wherever the team needs her,” said coach . Notably, she is the only new swimmer to take on the challenging 200 Free, posting an impressive 2:44.25. She continues to demonstrate consistency and growth, with strong individual performances including a 1:14.33 in the 100 Free, 1:32.17 in the 100 Backstroke, and 2:00.17 in the 100 Breast — highlighting her well-rounded ability as a swimmer. Harper has also been a key contributor in relays, helping power her teams with splits like 33.60 in the Medley Free Relay, 32.56 in the 200 Free Relay, and 1:08.33 in the 4×100 Free Relay.

“Beyond her times, Harper stands out for her willingness to take on new challenges and her team-first mindset, consistently stepping into events that push her and support the success of the team,” said coach Tatiana Coover. “Harper Perez is the kind of athlete every coach hopes to have on their team. She consistently demonstrates kindness, compassion, humility, and empathy — qualities that elevate not only her own performance, but the culture of the entire team.

“In a sport that is often viewed as individual, Harper stands out for her sportsmanship and class, always representing our program with integrity. She is highly coachable, open to constructive feedback, and genuinely committed to improving each day. Her positive attitude and willingness to learn make her a joy to work with as a coach.

“One of my favorite moments this season perfectly captures who Harper is as a person and athlete. After a race, she leaned over the lane line to shake her opponent’s hand and say, “congratulations.” That level of character and respect for others is something that cannot be taught, and it speaks volumes about who she is. Harper is truly deserving of this recognition, not only for her performance in the pool, but for the example she sets for those around her.”

Volleyball player Carmelo Williams “dominates the court with relentless hustle and drive to win,” said coach Diamonique Brogan. “He brings elite athleticism and clutch performances. Carmelo is a great player on and off the court and strives to be the best in everything he does.”
