Paloma Valley flag football players get ready for Monday’s home game.
Three Menifee high schools are fielding girls flag football teams for the first time this season, which is the second year it is a CIF-sanctioned sport.

Paloma Valley, Heritage and Liberty high schools will all be in action on Monday. Paloma Valley (2-2) will be home against Temescal Canyon at 8 p.m. on Monday and the Wildcats will play at Murrieta Valley at 5 p.m. on Tuesday.
Heritage (1-2) will be at home at 5:15 p.m. on Monday against JW North, and the Patriots will be at home again on Tuesday against Vista del Lago. Liberty (0-1) will play at Vista del Lago on Monday in the Bison’s only game this week.
