A 15U basketball team featuring Menifee players recently won the gold medal in the Southern Pacific Athletics (SOPAC) “Jam on It” West Coast Nationals in Las Vegas.
This marked the fourth year in a row the team has competed in the nationals. Players are 14 and 15 years old and competed in the 15U Gold-Silver Division. They won all four of their games against teams from Utah, Washington and San Francisco.
