The Paloma Valley High School and Santa Rosa Academy girls soccer teams scored 1-0 victories Saturday in the second round of the CIF-SS playoffs and will be at home for quarterfinal games on Wednesday.
Paloma Valley defeated South Hills at home in Division 3, improving its record to 13-6-5. The Wildcats will be at home again on Wednesday to face La Salle (10-6-6), a 1-0 winner over Fullerton.

Santa Rosa Academy beat Saddleback on the road in Division 7. The Rangers are now 9-4-6 and will be at home on Wednesday against Cate (6-5-3), a 3-0 winner over Desert Christian Academy.
