The Heritage and Liberty high school girls basketball teams lost their second-round CIF-SS playoff games on Saturday, ending impressive seasons for both teams.

Heritage lost a 57-50 decision at home against Saugus in Division 2. The Patriots finished the season with an 18-12 record.
Liberty lost a 57-41 decision at Rowland in Division 6, finishing the season with a 19-6 record. The Bison were Inland Valley League champions this year with a 10-0 record.
