The demolition of an old vacant gas station on the northeast corner of McCall Boulevard and Bradley Road is preparing the way for a Burger King fast food restaurant.
That project was approved by the Planning Commission in March 2024 but is just now moving forward. Phil Southard, communications director for the City of Menifee, said the developer has submitted building plans and is working on their final grading permit.
