Youths in grades K-12 and their families are invited to attend a special event in which they will receive gift cards and groceries, courtesy of the All Call Tour.
The event will take place Saturday, Dec. 6 at 10:30 a.m. in the Heritage High School theater. Students will receive a Shoe City gift card and families will receive groceries on a first come, first served basis.
There will also be a “main event” including games, prizes and a keynote message. A meet and greet with Santa will take place afterward.
The All Call Tour (ACT) “is reaching this generation with a solid helping hand, carrying a message of hope and expectation of a better tomorrow!” said one of its organizers. “We pursue the mission by hosting public indoor and outdoor tours for teenagers and their families, while working closely with city/county officials, public and private school representatives, and community organizations. Each event hosted by ACT leaves a life-changing mark to our generation and their families, extending the help that is needed in its vicinity.”
