Caleb Delgado of Santa Rosa Academy placed fourth in the CIF-SS individual championships.
Two Santa Rosa Academy wrestlers placed high in last weekend’s CIF-SS individual championships and will compete in the Masters meet this weekend at Sonora High School.
Senior Caleb Delgado placed fourth at the CIF boys meet. He is a four-time league championship with an overall record of 137 wins – 37 of them this season. Of those, 109 were pins. He is coached by Coach Delgado and Coach Orange.
Sophomore Bryleigh Delis placed sixth at the CIF girls meet to advance. A two-time league champion, she improved on her eighth-place finish of last season. She is coached by Coach Rodriguez and Coach Cafaro.
