Seven displaced in early morning house fire in Menifee

Seven people were displaced and one received minor injuries in an early morning house fire in Menifee Friday, authorities said.

Firefighters responded at 12:53 a.m. to a residence in the 29000 block of Sugarfoot Court, according to a CAL FIRE spokesperson. They discovered a single-story residence with flames visible on the front side of the residence.

Crews worked quickly to extinguish the fire and no other homes were affected. No other details are available at this time.
