A public hearing will be held Feb. 12 at 6 p.m. during the Menifee Planning Commission meeting to consider a proposed housing development in southwest Menifee.
The subdivision of 39 single-family lots on 9.21 acres is located south of Tupelo Road, west of Linda Lee Drive, and north of Garbani Road. Lot sizes would range from 7,200 square feet to 8,624 square feet.
The City of Menifee Community Development Department determined the project would not have a significant effect on the environment and recommends adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration. The Menifee Planning Commission will consider the project and Mitigated Negative Declaration along with the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP) at the public hearing.
Any person wishing to comment on the proposed project may do so in writing or attend the public hearing and be heard.
