Nov. 26 Menifee election update: Estrada leads by 351 votes

Ricky Estrada continued to increase his lead in the race for Menifee Mayor on Tuesday. He now leads Lesa Sobek by 351 votes.

In the race for school bond Measure R, “yes” votes continues to lead with 56.20 percent of the votes.

The latest election update shows that 9,000 vote-by-mail ballots and 2,700 Conditional Voter Registration (CVR) ballots remain to be counted throughout the County.

Here are the latest numbers:

Menifee mayor:
Ricky Estrada 22,186 votes (44.32%)
Lesa Sobek 21,835 votes (43.62%)
Dameon Greene 6,036 votes (12.06%)

Measure R - Bond Measure for Menifee Union School District:
Yes 29,426 votes (56.20%)
No 22,932 votes (43.80%)
