Paid political advertisement:
Will Rollins is a career prosecutor and law enforcement official who spent his career working to keep Californians safe. Now he’s running for Congress because we need a public servant representing the 41st District in Riverside County, not a corrupt 32-year politician who is more interested in lining his own pockets than serving the needs of the folks back at home.
Will grew up here in Southern California. His mom was both a public defender and a prosecutor, and his father was a journalist . His parents stressed the importance of public service and freedom of speech and expression at an early age. His grandparents were veterans who met during World War II and returned home from war to Southern California, where they started a small business making parts for fighter jets that still operates to this day. From his Republican grandparents, Will learned the values of small government, personal responsibility, and law and order.
Inspired to serve his country following the attacks on 9/11, Will found his way into national security by becoming an assistant U.S. Attorney, and later joining the Terrorism and Export Crimes Section of the Department of Justice’s National Security Division. Will prosecuted violent criminals, drug traffickers, sex offenders, and fraudsters, taking on members of MS-13, the Sinaloa cartel, ISIS, and Al Qaeda.
Following the deadly attack on our Capitol on Jan. 6, Rollins helped prosecute those who returned home to Southern California, including the infamous “Beverly Hills Insurrectionist.” Ken Calvert, on the other hand, called for charges to be dropped on the insurrectionists and voted to decertify the results of the 2020 election.
It was that vote by Calvert that prompted Rollins to run for Congress.
Now, Rollins is building his campaign centered around reform, so that we can end the corruption in Washington and get Congress back to work on what matters most: lowering your costs (especially housing), securing the border, tackling crime, and defending a woman’s right to make her own healthcare decisions.
In Congress, Rollins will support term limits, a ban on stock trading by members of Congress, and a ban on former members of Congress from lobbying.
These reforms are sorely needed here in the 41st District. Our current member of Congress, Calvert, is long overdue for retirement. In his 32 years in Congress, he has consistently been named one of the most corrupt members of Congress, has been the subject of two FBI investigations, and has used his office to increase his own net worth by up to $20 million.
It’s time for change. If you’re ready to replace one of Washington’s most corrupt with a new generation of leadership that prioritizes public service over personal profit, vote Will Rollins for Congress by Nov. 5.
