Workshop scheduled to discuss Menifee Community Center

MENIFEE -- The Menifee City Council will be conducting a workshop on Wednesday, Oct. 2 at 4 p.m. at Menifee City Hall (29844 Haun Road) to discuss the design of the new Menifee Community Center. The public is invited to attend and provide input on the project.

The proposed 25,000-square-foot community center will be located adjacent to the Menifee Library on La Piedra Road. The project is envisioned to be a performing arts center that will be used for community programs, meetings, presentations, and performances. It will incorporate multiple meeting rooms, recreation areas, office areas, theater space, as well as other amenities.

“The Menifee Community Center will be a great civic resource that will help support the cultural arts in our city while also providing needed meeting and community spaces,” said Deputy City Manager Rebekah Kramer. “We look forward to sharing updates regarding the project with the City Council and hearing feedback from our community.”
