Menifee 24/7 prepares to celebrate 20th anniversary

The staff of Menifee 24/7 is proud to announce that Nov. 1 will mark our 20th anniversary in business as an independent news site serving the city.

Since Nov. 1, 2004, www.menifee247.com has had a goal of providing fair and accurate reporting on events in the city, which since our inception has become one of the fastest growing cities in the nation. We believe we provide information that residents won’t find anywhere else. With newspapers continuing to cut resources and go out of business, it is important that independent online news sites such as ours step in to fill the void.

We would like to thank all those who have supported us over the years. We average nearly half a million page views per month, and we have over 50,000 followers on our Facebook page. Our Instagram presence is experiencing incredible growth. It is our plan to continue serving the people of Menifee as long as possible.

To celebrate our 20th anniversary, we will host a ceremony on Nov. 1 at 11:30 a.m. at The Lakes Community Association clubhouse, 30416 Laguna Vista in Menifee. This is a free event and all are invited to attend. We will take a look back at highlights of the last 20 years and celebrate our accomplishments with some special guests. Brunch will be served.
