City Council to consider plan to expand apartment complex

The Menifee City Council will conduct a public hearing Aug. 21 to consider the plot plan for an expansion of the Villagio Villas apartment project.

Villago Villas is located at the south end of Encanto Road, south of McCall Boulevard and on the east side of the 215 Freeway. The plan calls for the construction of two new two-story buildings. Each building will include 12 units, bring the total number of units in the complex to 120. According to a city document, 25 percent of the proposed units (six units) will be set aside as low income housing.
