Jayden Epps won the Sunbelt League title in the shot put Wednesday.
Several athletes scored victories and six qualified for the CIF prelims when Paloma Valley competed in the Sunbelt League track finals on Wednesday.
Senior Jayden Epps won the shot put and discus events, while sophomore Arthur Clemons won the long jump and triple jump. Paloma Valley swept the high jump competition, with Nathan Cook winning the league championship.
CIF qualifiers included Epps in the shot put and discus; Clemons in the long jump and triple jump; Cook, Matthew Monsanto and Jarrell Barnaya in the high jump; Barnaya in the long jump; and Eddie Cortez in the discus.

Dylan Eniem, 2nd place and new sophomore school record in the 200 meters
