Two boys and two girls from the Liberty High wrestling program placed high enough last weekend to advance to next weekend’s CIF Masters meets.

Dylan Backer placed second at 214 pounds and Jacob Ramirez placed fifth at 190 pounds. They will advance to the boys Masters meet on Friday. The boys placed 16th out of 50 teams overall in the CIF-S Eastern Division finals.

Heavyweight Anna Bozanic placed second for the girls and Siana Valentine placed third at 170 pounds. They will compete in the girls Masters meet on Saturday. The girls placed 16th out of 65 teams in the CIF-SS Southern Division finals.
