City, Chamber partner on JOBSNow initiative

MENIFEE -- In a special ceremony Dec. 6 at City Hall, the JOBSNow Initiative was formalized between the Menifee City Council and the Menifee Valley Chamber of Commerce, cementing their ongoing collaboration to strengthen business growth and development.

The JOBSNow Initiative was previously approved by the Menifee City Council at their meeting on Wednesday, Nov. 15. The partnership between the two entities aims to attract new businesses to the city while nurturing their growth. With its burgeoning population and educated workforce, Menifee is positioning itself to become a hub for high-wage, high-skill target industries, both regionally and nationally.

“We are thrilled to partner with the Menifee Valley Chamber of Commerce for the Menifee JOBSNow Initiative to continue to diversify, strengthen, and expand both our business community and our workforce,” said Gina Gonzalez, Economic Development Director “This is a vital partnership to our city and will provide measurable metrics for retention, outreach and marketing efforts.”

The JOBSNow Initiative will provide a variety of resources and support for both new and existing businesses in the area. This includes incentives, workforce development programs, and assistance with navigating local regulations and permits. The initiative aims to drive long-term economic growth and prosperity for the entire community by making it easier for businesses to establish and grow in Menifee.

The Menifee Valley Chamber of Commerce will play a key role in the implementation of the initiative, working closely with local businesses and city officials to ensure its success. The chamber has a strong track record of supporting economic development in the area and is well-positioned to help Menifee continue to thrive in the years ahead.
