Nathalie Gagliano named Menifee Citizen of Month

Community volunteer Nathalie Gagliano was honored by the Menifee City Council this week as the Citizen of the Month for August.

Gagliano is very active in the welfare of animals. She takes in strays, trains them and finds foster homes for them. She also recently sent off 45 care packages to the people of Maui to assist the fire victims.

“This is the kind of dedication we’re looking for,” said Mayor Pro Tem Bob Karwin, who nominated Gagliano for the award.

“I appreciate the award, but it’s not just me. It’s all of Menifee,” Gagliano said. “As a community, we need to come together.”
