Menifee PD quarterly update: 317 arrests, 142 collisions

Menifee Police officers made 317 arrests from April 1 to June 30, according to the quarterly update released this week.

Captain Dave Gutierrez reported to the City Council on Wednesday that of those 317 arrests, 38 were for domestic violence and 35 were DUI. Officers also issued 1,352 traffic citations. A total of 142 traffic collisions were reported.

Members of the Homeless Task Force made 467 contacts with repeat homeless individuals and 70 contacts with new individuals identified as homeless.
