The Baxter sisters – Emmersyn, 15, and Aven, 14 – of Menifee will compete this August in the International Baton Twirling Federation Championships in Liverpool, England.
The nationally ranked sisters qualified last summer at the U.S. Nationals. Emmersyn will compete in artistic duet with her partner Byron Anderson, while Aven will compete in the individual 2-baton and individual 3-baton events.
