The Christian Theater Arts Project is proud to present “Seussical the Musical”, a heartwarming family-friendly production that celebrates imagination, creativity, and the power of friendship.
The show, featuring many youth from the Menifee community, will run from April 29 to May 7 at the Bob Burton Center for the Performing Arts in Fallbrook. This production promises to be a delight for audiences of all ages.
CTAP provides the perfect atmosphere for youth ages 8-18 to explore their creativity and build resiliency with faith. Director Jennifer Lloyd said, “It was delightful to work with the young actors. I loved watching them come up with ideas that made our show have the depth it needed.”
The production is not only providing the youth with a chance to showcase their talents, but also helping them connect with others, work together, and feel a sense of accomplishment. Many of the production elements were created by the performers, giving them even more ownership over the show and its success. For example, the Who’s from Whoville designed their own costumes, and much of the crew behind the scenes running lights, props, and other supporting roles are also youth.
So, if you’re looking for a way to support local youth theater, be sure to check out the Christian Theater Arts project’s production this upcoming week. Tickets are now on sale at theaterartsproject.org. With so much local talent and a heartwarming story, it’s sure to be a performance that will leave you inspired and uplifted.
