The Menifee Planning Commission will consider at a March 22 public hearing a proposed communications facility to be located north of Paloma Valley High School.
The project will include a 70-foot monopine (cell phone tower disguised as a pine tree) and a 20 by 30-foot wrought iron enclosure with an 8-foot fence. There will be landscaping around the perimeter and the facility will include cabinets to store equipment in support of the tower.
The site of the facility is an undeveloped parcel of land on the northwest corner of Bradley Road and Chade Lane, adjacent to the high school.
Anyone wishing to address this issue before the public hearing may do so in writing, and attendees at the meeting will also have an opportunity to speak.
Be careful ever since they put a cell tower on Corson st. next to my property I have had bad headaches and bouts of dizziness.
