Early morning house fire displaces two adults

Two adults were displaced and are receiving assistance from Red Cross after an early morning fire Tuesday in a single-story residence in Menifee.

The fire was reported at 4:29 a.m. in the 25700 block of 4th Street. Upon arrival, first responders requested additional engines and breathing support.

The fire was contained at 5:23 a.m. Firefighters remained on scene for several hours for mo-up.
