Two cooling centers open during heat wave

Excessive Heat Warning: Wednesday, Aug. 31- Monday, Sept. 5. In need of somewhere to stay cool? Menifee's Cool Centers located at Kay Ceniceros Senior Center and Sun City Library are open!

Kay Ceniceros Senior Center

Monday - Friday (closed on Labor Day)
9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Sun City Library
26982 Cherry Hills Blvd.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Tuesday & Thursday: 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Sunday: 12 p.m. – 4 p.m.

Please note: Audie Murphy Skate Park will not open until 6 p.m. for the remainder of the week and will be closed on Labor Day (Monday, Sept. 5).
