City update on road improvement projects: March 4

MENIFEE -- The City has project and construction updates to share with the community:

McCall Boulevard – Encanto Road and Oak Hurst Avenue – Resurfacing Project

As previously reported, striping work for this project was expected to be completed today.

Rockport Ranch - Material Import Haul Route Update

Hauling for the Rockport Ranch development is expected to continue for approximately two more weeks. The approved haul route and times continue as shown below:

Antelope Road/Garbani Road/Briggs Road - Monday through Friday - 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Holland Road - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Hauling on Holland Road will continue to not occur on Wednesdays to ease traffic congestion due to the minimum day school schedules in the area.

Scott Road/Leon Road – Intersection Improvements

The County of Riverside has completed the planned improvement work at this intersection. The traffic signal was put into full operation Friday, Feb. 25.
