Book sale raises $506 for Friends of Library

Message from Friends of the Sun City Library:

Friends of the Sun City Library wish to thank the community of Menifee for making the Buy-a-Bag-of-Books Sale a success. The event raised $506 that will be used to support the programs, collection, and equipment needs of the Sun City Library.

The Friends are taking donations of gently-used books that others would enjoy owning and reading. We have to limit the donations to three boxes per drop-off. Our customers enjoy hard-cover and paperback fiction books, non-fiction books about history, biographies, travel, sports, hobbies, cooking and health.

Please avoid water-damaged or critter-eaten books; no encyclopedias, textbooks or manuals. You may drop off the donations at the bookstore during open hours of the Sun City Library, 26982 Cherry Hills Blvd, Menifee.
