The Menifee Valley Chamber of Commerce and the City of Menifee will present the annual State of the City Address Oct. 21 at Fairfield Inn & Suites. Residents may purchase tickets to join City officials and major sponsors in attendance, but the event also will be broadcast live on the City's YouTube and Facebook pages.
