Liberty High football team wins again, this time by shutout

The Liberty High School football team improved its record to 3-0 Wednesday afternoon with a 29-0 victory over the Vista del Lago JV team.

Zachary Velasco caught a touchdown pass. Anthony Ruelas, Eddie Smith and Edwin Machado also scored for the Bison. Coach Kraig Broach said Zachary Singh played well on the defensive line. A big crowd cheered on the Bison in their first home game.

Liberty will be at home against next Wednesday for a 4 p.m. game against the Heritage JV team.
