News release from Perris Union High School District:
Albertsons Pharmacy will be offering the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for Perris Union High School District students who are age 12 and older. The COVID-19 vaccine is not required for enrollment, but is being offered to those who are interested. Vaccination clinics are scheduled for Pinacate Middle School and Paloma Valley High School. Community members are also welcome to register for these clinics!
Individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Age eligibility and guardianship will be verified for all PUHSD students. Please be sure your information in Infinite Campus is up to date! For anyone under the age of 18 and who is not registered to attend a PUHSD school, proof of age and guardianship will be required. A printout from the school portal, such as Aires, or a birth certificate can satisfy this requirement.
