Paloma Valley volleyball, boys tennis teams in playoff action

The undefeated Paloma Valley High School boys volleyball team will play at home Tuesday at 5 p.m. against University High of Irvine in the first round of the CIF Division 3 playoffs.

The Wildcats take an 8-0 record into the postseason. University is 9-6 overall.

Paloma Valley's boys tennis team also made the postseason and will play at Serrano High of Phelan Thursday at 3 p.m. in the first round of the Division 4 playoffs. The Wildcats are 6-4-1 this season and Serrano is 5-2-2.
