Interfaith Council to sponsor Coronavirus Memorial

News release from the City of Menifee:

The City of Menifee is proud to partner with the Menifee Interfaith and Community Service Council on the Menifee Coronavirus Memorial and Peace Garden at Central Park. The memorial opens Saturday, March 13 where from 9 a.m. until noon, Menifee Interfaith and Community Service Council volunteers will be at Central Park to remember loved ones who have passed since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic.

Residents are welcome to paint a rock memorializing a loved one to be placed in the "White Rock River."

Rocks will be available at Central Park or participants may bring their own to decorate. At 11:30 a.m. a brief presentation will take place.
