GoFundMe site established to assist family displaced by fire

A GoFundMe site has been created to assist the family members who were displaced by a fire in their Menifee home on Monday.

The Bernatene family lost all their belongings in a fire that burned their home in the 25700 block of Antelope Road Monday afternoon in the Romoland community. Only one person was at home at the time and no one was injured, but the family's possessions were destroyed.

Arrangements may be made to accept donations of clothing and other items from the public. There are no details on that at this time, according to a family friend.
