WellQuest senior living facility takes shape on Antelope Road

Construction continues on the WellQuest of Menifee Lakes senior living facility, located on Antelope Road near The Oasis retirement community.

Many residents have asked about the building, which can be seen from the 215 Freeway north of Newport Road. According to its website, WellQuest of Menifee Lakes will offer three senior living options: independent living, assisted living, and memory care. In addition to spacious apartments, the facility will include a fitness center, outdoor grilling and barbecue stations, a library, beauty shop, walking trails and an onsite dog park.

A Grand Opening date has not been announced.
