In recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, the City of Menifee is sponsoring a donation event, with donations benefiting Riverside County Coalition for Alternatives to Domestic Violence. The event will take place at Kay Ceniceros Center from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 24.
Suggested donations are gift cards to local businesses; toiletries for babies, children and women; and cash donations. Kids can wear Halloween costumes to receive candy. Menifee PD K9 unit, Fire Department and wellness booths will be there as well.
