Here are the COVID-19 numbers reported on Wednesday, Oct. 7 by the Riverside County Health Department:

Total individuals tested: 681,316 (increase of 4,525)

Total confirmed cases: 61,133 (increase of 266)

Total deaths: 1,247 (increase of 3)

Confirmed cases in Menifee: 1,549 (increase of 9)

Deaths in Menifee: 40 (no change)

Hospitalized: 135 (increase of 7)

Number in ICU: 38 (decrease of 4)

Recovered: 55,594 (increase of 197)
