Here are the COVID-19 numbers reported on Friday, Sept. 4 by the Riverside County Health Department:

Total individuals tested: 541,786

Total confirmed cases: 53,987

Total deaths: 1,067

Confirmed cases in Menifee: 1,331

Deaths in Menifee: 22

Hospitalized: 185

Number in ICU: 63

Number recovered: 45,990
