Unity Prayer Vigil to be held Friday at Menifee City Hall

The Menifee Interfaith Council is hosting a "Love and Unity Prayer Vigil" this Friday, June 5, from 6-7 p.m. in front of City Hall, 29860 Haun Road.

According to pastor Kasey Crawford of Elevation Church, "The point is to stand together against racism and pray for healing and unity in our nation."

Some of those who will be speaking and praying are:

Mayor Bill Zimmerman
Police Chief Pat Walsh
Councilwoman Lesa Sobek
Pastor Gregory Perkins from The View Church
Pastor Kasey Crawford from Elevation Church
President Michael Gray from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints

The public is invited to attend the event.
