Baker, Makapugay named to MUSD principal positions

Two newly appointed principals were introduced at the Menifee Union School District board meeting on Tuesday.

Jennifer Baker, the acting principal at Oak Meadows Elementary since November, has been given the permanent position.

Julie Makapugay, who has served the district in assistant principal positions since August 2017, has been named principal at Callie Kirkpatrick Elementary School. She previously served as assistant principal at Herk Bouris Elementary, Southshore Elementary, Evans Ranch Elementary and Callie Kirkpatrick Elementary.
