The number of reported cases of coronavirus in Riverside County increased considerably in the County Health Department's just-released numbers today on the County Health website here. Cases in Menifee jumped from 17 confirmed cases Thursday to 23 today. Cases county-wide increased from 493 to 638. One additional death (not in Menifee) was reported, with the total now at 15. Number of recoveries remained the same at 50.
As of 4 p.m. Friday, here the updated numbers by city. Unincorporated areas are not listed on the website map, but numbers for those communities can now be found in a list next to the map.
