Retiring Sheriff's Department Lieutenant Scott Forbes was honored by the Menifee City Council at its March 4 meeting.

The Menifee City Council recently honored Sheriff's Department Lieutenant Scott Forbes upon his retirement.

Since 2017, Forbes has served as second in command in serving the City of Menifee. He began his career in 1995 with the Banning Police Department before joining the Sheriff's Department at its Perris Station in 2002.

The City Council presented him with a "Scott's Way" honorary street sign at the March 4 City Council meeting.
