Jesse Mejia wins Menifee 24/7 Photo of Month award

Congratulations to Jesse Mejia, who has won the Menifee 24/7 Photo of the Month award in our "Menifee in Pictures" contest for his photo taken from a drone overlooking Heritage High School and a hot air balloon floating overhead.
