Residents of the Sun City Gardens retirement community had some special little visitors Thursday when a group of preschool children stopped in to trick or treat at their Halloween party.

The visit is an annual tradition at Sun City Gardens, where cute and creepy costumes put smiles on the faces of the seniors who live there. The event is coordinated by Michele Lynch and Robin Gruwell, activity directors at the facility. Administrator Ted Holt and Marketing Director Edoardo were also in attendance in the social hall, where residents enjoyed Halloween treats and handed out candy to the children.

The visitors were members of Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) and their children. Many of the kids danced with the seniors. It was difficult to tell which generation enjoyed the party more.
