Local club members hear about Rotary Peace Conference

Rudy Westervelt, past Rotary District Governor, 5330, and Coordinator of the Rotary World Peace Conference, received thanks from Menifee Rotary President Debbi Manion for speaking at the Menifee Rotary Club meeting this week.

Westervelt spoke to members and guests about the upcoming Rotary Peace Conference Jan. 17-18 at Ontario Convention Center. Westervelt explained that 150 local and international experts are coming together with 2,000 leaders and community members from all sectors of society to learn to interact and plan.

The Menifee Rotary Club gave a donation to Polio Plus in Westervelt's name. Details about the conference can be found at www.peaceconference2020.org
