Historical Assn. meeting highlights early businesses

We all know how many businesses have come to Menifee in recent years, but do you know about the small businesses that marked the rural landscape here decades ago?

Come hear a presentation on the early businesses in Menifee at a meeting of the Menifee Valley Historical Association this Saturday, Sept. 21, at 9:30 a.m. The meeting takes place at the Antelope-Menifee Rural Center, located on Haun Road north of Garbani Road.
