Santa Rosa Academy hosted Freshman Bridge for incoming high school students on Aug. 7.
The school’s Leadership students walked students around classrooms, teaching students about clubs, classes, sports, and more. Afterwards, a few students displayed the do's and don’ts of uniform dress code.
As a public charter school, Santa Rosa has a dress code that must be followed by everyone on campus. Incoming freshmen were informed on rules such as shirts must be tucked in and pants must be worn with a belt.
All students were brought together by the cheering of the unique fashion show.
One freshman, Riley Jenkins, commented, "The staff gave a great amount of information to help us learn. The experience was friendly and welcoming. The Bridge was overall very good, and a great way to learn."
