Luis Hutchins honored as Menifee Citizen of Month

The Menifee City Council last week honored Luis Hutchins as Citizen of the Month for his years of volunteer service to the community.

Hutchins has served for many years as a scout leader and AYSO and Pony League baseball coach. He also donates his time each year at Santa's Workshop for the Spark of Love Toy Drive.

"I've appreciated the privilege of serving alongside Luis for a few years now on our local Boys & Girls Club Board of Directors," Mayor Bill Zimmerman wrote on his Facebook page. "His volunteer spirit is commendable."
