Joe Carpenter wins Menifee Photo of Month award

There's nothing like a look over the back yard fence at the beauty of a Menifee sunset. This is the photo Joe Carpenter sent us that has been selected as the Photo of the Month in our "Menifee in Pictures" contest.

Joe will receive a gift card from Giovanni's Pizza, Pasta and More restaurant, located at 26900 Newport Road in Menifee. His photo will also be the cover shot on our Facebook all this month.

We would also like to thank all those who sent beautiful photos of the double rainbow in Menifee on Thursday. It was impossible to pick a winner among all of them, but we were happy to provide a Facebook thread on which you can see those great photos.

"Menifee in Pictures" is a regular feature on Menifee 24/7. Readers are invited to contribute photos for publication. Please include your full name on the submission and any explanation about where and when the photo was taken.
